Program Development
From college access organizations to community centers, mental health programs to arts and culture organizations, I partner with non-profits across sectors to improve their impact in the community. I support organizations in both developing new programs and maximizing the impact of their current programs. I support the development of a a culture of learning within your organization and put in place the systems that lead to strong programs, better outcomes and continuous quality improvement.
My process includes the following components:
- Evaluation plan: develop a detailed system to measure and track outcomes on a monthly and annual basis
- Service delivery system: create and/or enhance the structure of your program(s) to maximize impact
- Outcomes: craft appropriate, measurable outcomes to ensure your organization is able to effectively track and report the impact of your program(s)
- Logic model: create a graphic depiction of the relationship between the activities, outputs, outcomes and impact of your program(s) to depict the relationship between your program’s activities and its intended impact
