Robert Donnelly, PhD, MSW, LCSW
Rob began his career in 2006, when he worked as the Volunteer Manager and Outreach Worker for a program that served young people experiencing homelessness. Driven to learn more in order to better serve his community, Rob relocated to St. Louis where he earned both his Master’s Degree and PhD in Social Work.
Throughout his career, Rob has grown his knowledge in program development, program evaluation, staff development and management, and fiscal management. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Opportunity House, a housing program for young people experiencing homelessness.

Rob brings a community-centered and systems-informed approach to therapy, rooted in nearly two decades of experience across direct service and organizational leadership. His clinical work is grounded in the belief that individuals thrive when they are met with both empathy and accountability, and his therapeutic style reflects a balance of compassionate support and strategic guidance.
Rob is committed to creating a safe, empowering space where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and take meaningful steps toward growth. Whether working with individuals navigating complex trauma, life transitions, or systemic barriers, Rob’s approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and focused on lasting change.
